Frequently asked questions
Is my subscription data private?
Yes. Everything you enter is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud. The developer has no access to it, no account is required, and your data is never sold. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does it sync between my devices?
Yes, through iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID on each device and your subscriptions stay in sync automatically. You can also pause syncing on any device without losing data.
Why does the app show ads?
Ads keep Subscription Logger free. The app uses Google AdMob to display a small banner and occasional interstitial ads. You can learn how Google handles ad data in the Privacy Policy.
How do renewal reminders work?
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Set a global lead time in Settings (60 days by default), or customize, pause, or disable notices per subscription.
What happens when I cancel a subscription?
Tag it as "not renewing" and it stays visible until its final charge date passes. After that it drops out of your totals and counts toward your savings.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. Export everything to CSV from Settings.
